                CANCELLATION POLICY :

  • Cancellations are to be made 3 weeks before the arrival date. 

  • If cancelled up to 3 weeks before arrival, 10.4% fee will be charged. 

  • If cancelled less than 3 weeks before arrival, a 50% of your deposit will be charged. 

  • If you are a no-show, 100% of your deposit will be charged.

  • Rates are based on double occupancy.

  • There is a $35 charge for each additional person over five years of age

  • Rates are in U.S. currency and are subject to change without notice.

  • Daily maid service and onsite management is included.

  • Children five years old or younger are not charged.
