CANCELLATION POLICY :

Cancellation are to be made 3 weeks before the arrival date.

If the cancellation is made after, a 50 % fee will be charge on your deposit .

PRICING

  • Rates are based on double occupancy.

  • There is a $25 charge for each additional person over five years of age

  • Rates are in U.S. currency and are subject to change without notice.

  • Daily maid service and onsite management is included.

  • Children five years old or younger are not charged.
